Shipping & Returns
A) Your Mylec order:
- Will be shipped within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) on all orders placed by 12 PM EST
- Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.
- Standard shipping within 48 continental states (Additional freight charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii).
- Some Oversize/Overweight items may be subject to additional freight charges.
- Customer to receive order confirmation/order number reference by email/text advice upon order entry.
B) Shipping Information:
- All orders placed exceeding $200 in value (excluding freight and taxes) will receive prepaid shipping unless item subject to standard oversize/overweight charges indicated on order form.
- Orders shipped to P.O. Box address will be delivered via US Postal Service
- One shipping address per order only
- Standard Shipping Method- Fed Ex/UPS Ground
- When order ships customer to receive email/text advice with tracking details
- Shipping courier and/or shipping address cannot be modified once order entered. Please cancel if necessary and re-order.
- Back Ordered Products will be shipped within 30 days of order.
- Customer to provide any required specific delivery instructions:
- Signature requirements, Day and/or Time of Delivery, Packing at time of order.
- Any Second Day or Express Delivery requirements must be indicated at time of order and resulting freight cost responsibility of customer.
C) Return Policy:
- Returns must be authorized by Mylec Customer Service at T – 978-297-0089 or E- email@example.com
- All Mylec products subject to stated warranty policy
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase- orders beyond that period not accepted.
- All returns must be packaged in original cartons/packing with accompanying invoice and/or packing slip and contain new product items.
- Customer to specify if return for credentit/replacement or exchange
- Refunds where applicable will be made to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 days for processing upon receipt of return at warehouse.
- In the event of a missing or incorrectly shipped product on your order you must notify Mylec Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of original shipment.
- Sale items returned for credit will be refunded at the price of the item on sale.
- Return shipment freight cost responsibility of customer unless otherwise authorized by Mylec Customer Service.
- Mylec retains the right to charge customer a restocking fee of 15% on unauthorized returns as they deem applicable.
